1. Principles of Ore Sorting: The principle of the AI sorting machine involves using an ultra-high-precision intelligent camera to take photos of ores and gangues respectively, distinguishing the differences between them in terms of surface color, texture,shape,quality and more than 200 characteristics, etc. The industrial intelligent computer continuously learns and memorizes these differences. During mineral processing, the computer and other systems can automatically identify ores and gangues through complex algorithms, and promptly issue instructions to achieve precise separation using pneumatic power.
2. Origin, Upgrade, Development and Application of the Product: The AI sorting machine was inspired by the original grain color sorter. On the basis of the ore-specific color sorters successively developed by Mingde Company (which have now been widely and maturely applied in more than 100 mineral species), it is a mineral sorting equipment with more precise separation and wider application range developed in depth. It has achieved excellent results in the purification, waste rejection and enrichment of various metal and non-metal minerals (and has been applied in mineral species such as pegmatite-type quartz, fluorite, calcium carbonate, wollastonite, talc, phosphate rock, magnesite, barite, tungsten ore, copper oxide ore, manganese ore, etc.).
